On a winter hike or while tobogganing you can explore the white season reveals its most beautiful side. On hikes from Viehhofen along the Saalach river to Exenbach or to the rustic Hecherhütte alpine hut you always have the mountains in view. If you like, take a snowshoe hike off-trail.
It’s even more exciting if you race down the mountain on two rails! There are numerous tobogganing runs in the region, like those of the Reiterkogel mountain or at the Spielberghaus alpine hut in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, the 6 km long Biberg tobogganing run or the Kohlschnait tobogganing run.
